Class times:  Monday and Wednesday 5:30 p.m.

              Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 p.m.

                              Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 9:30 a.m.

Babysitting available at every class for $1.00 Many pricing options are available:

$35.00 a month with the autopay option

$80.00 for 8 weeks

Both options allow you to workout as much as you want $8.00 for one class Come to any class.

Plan to arrive about 20 minutes early the first time.
