Logan County Health District is offering one flu shot clinic for those at highest risk on Wednesday, October 29th, from 9 am to 6 pm at Health District building, 310 S. Main St. in Bellefontaine.
To be eligible for Hi-Risk the following guidelines must be met:
Children 6 months – 18 years of age
Adults with a chronic illness
Pregnant women
Adults age 50 or older
Healthy household contacts of children age 0-59 months
LCHD bills Medicare/Medicaid (must show card)No private insurance can be accepted and the cost is $20 per shot.This clinic is by appointment only and can be scheduled by calling592-9042 during business hours (9 am – noon and 1 pm – 4 pm) from Monday, October 6th thru Friday, October 17th.For the first time in 5 years and due to budget constraints the Health District will not offering the Mass Clinic but flu vaccines will continue to be offered for ANYONE on Mondays and Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 4 pm beginning October 30th until vaccine supplies are exhausted.
