Any Bellefontaine High School or Middle School students who plan on
participating in any sports in the upcoming school year will need to have a
physical done.  Bellefontaine High School is offering these on Tuesday, May
20th after school at 2:45 p.m.and  Bellefontaine Middle School is offering
them on Thursday, May 22nd after school at 2:30 p.m.  Please make any checks
payable to "Bellefontaine High School" or "Bellefontaine Middle School"
respectively. Physical forms may be picked up in the Office or Athletic
Department. Physical forms MUST be filled out completely prior to the
physical being done. If you have any questions, please contact the Athletic
