Detectives from the Logan County Sheriff's Office arrested a Rushsylvania man Sunday night on the charge of conspiracy to commit murder.

Lt. Andy Smith reports that Joe Rosebrook Judd, Jr., 33, was picked up shortly before midnight in Rushsylvania.

Judd's arrest comes as part of an ongoing investigation by the sheriff's office. No other details on the conspiracy charge have been released, including the potential victim.

In 2005, Joe Rosebrook, Sr., 52, of rural Bellefontaine was sentenced to ten years in prison for conspiracy to commit aggravated murder, four counts of receiving stolen property, three counts of concealing or altering a motor vehicle identification number, and one count of obstructing justice.

Authorities say more information from Judd's arrest could be released later.
