Michael J. Ansley, 36, Russells Point - Safecracking (F4) and Receiving Stolen Property (F4).

Luther A. Hensley, 42, Quincy - Unauthorized use of Telephone Property (F5), Possession or Sole use of Unauthorized Cable TV Services (F5), Telecommunications Fraud (F5) and Unlawful use of Telecommunications Device (F5).
