Joe Rosebrook Judd, Jr.
Judd, 33, was making his first court appearance since being charged with one count of conspiracy to commit murder late Sunday.
The Rushsylvania man said he could not afford an attorney.
Judge Ross appointed the case to local attorney Ed Dougherty. There will be another hearing Monday at 2:30 in municipal court. The Logan County Sheriff's Office and Logan County Prosecutor's Office have not released any more information about the case, including what led to Judd's arrest or whom he was targeting. |
