Judd, 33, was joined by court-appointed attorney Ed Dougherty.
The Rushsylvania man was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit murder on April 6th.
A preliminary hearing for Judd will be held at nine o'clock Wednesday morning. Last Friday, Judge Ross set bond at $100,000. The Logan County Sheriff's Office and Logan County Prosecutor's Office have not released any more information about the case, including what led to Judd's arrest or whom he was targeting. |
