A Bellefontaine Police Department cruiser was hit by a drunk driver last night around ten o'clock.

The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that a '92 Olds Cutlass driven by Toni Schorr, 49, of Belle Center rear ended an '06 Ford Crown Victoria driven by officer Andrew Kennedy.

Both vehicles were northbound on Main Street near Columbus Avenue.

Schorr was charged with OVI, open container, and failure to maintain assured clear distance.

She was transported to the Logan County Jail and then released.

No one was injured.
