Bellefontaine man pleas on felony count Print E-mail

Four defendants pled before Judge Mark O'Connor earlier this week in Logan County Common Pleas Court.

Randall Irwin, 20, of Bellefontaine pled guilty to aggravated arson and Jeffrey Young, 26, of Russells Point pled guilty to trafficking in drugs. Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for May 19th.

John Elliott, 20, of Russells Point pled guilty to breaking and entering and Emily Crowder, 26, of North Lewisburg pled guilty to receiving stolen property. Both were placed on the prosecutor's pretrial diversion program.

Brian Gordon, 43, of Quincy was sentenced to three years community control and ordered to pay a $250 fine, restitution, attorney fees, and court costs for unauthorized use of cable services.
