Judge Mark O'Connor

Judge Mark O'Connor took four guilty pleas in Logan County Common Pleas Court Wednesday and Thursday.

Adam Bryant, 21, of Bellefontaine and Derek Maynard, 25, of Lima each pled guilty to receiving stolen property.

Zachariah Bates, 20, of Bellefontaine pled guilty to passing bad checks.

Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for May 19th.

Cedric Barhorst, 31, of Lakeview pled guilty to permitting drug abuse and was granted intervention in lieu of conviction. Mr. Barhorst must complete intensive drug and alcohol counseling and three years of community control.
