Four defendants plea, two local men sent to prison PDF Print E-mail

Four defendants changed their plea earlier this week in front of Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor.

Jason Brandon, 23, of Springfield pled no contest and was found guilty of possession of drugs.

Jair Mundy, 23, of Bellefontaine pled guilty to receiving stolen property.

Presentence investigations were ordered and sentencings are scheduled for May 27th.

Marvin Nickell, 40, of Bellefontaine pled guilty to assault. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is set for June 2nd.

Anthony Brenner, 36, of Bellefontaine pled guilty to forgery and receiving stolen property. He was then sentenced to fifteen months in prison.

Clint Pierce, 27, of Bellefontaine was sentenced to ten months in prison for a probation violation. He originally pled guilty to theft.
