Indian Lake won the Riverside Invitational Tournament.

In the opening game, the Lakers rode a 2-hitter from Jill Wildermuth to beat Jackson Center 5-1.

The Lakers plated 3 in the first inning, which was all they would need.

Wildermuth also struck out 12 while walking none.

At the plate, Wildermuth had a pair of hits, while RBIs were supplied by Chelsea Cramer, Alain Pummell, Julianne Minnich, and Kerstin Harmon.

Wildermuth then powered the Lakers to a 3-1 victory over Riverside in the finals, pitching a 4-hitter.

Jill walked one and again struck out 12.

Harmon had 3 hits in the final, and Minnich added 2 hits, including an out-of-the park home run.

The Lady Lakers are now 14-3 overall and 7-2 in the CBC as they battle to stay atop the Mad River Division.

For the Pirates, Lindsey Stevens had a triple and Erica Snapp added a double in the close loss.

Riverside opened the tournament with a 9-2 win over Botkins.

Abby Heaberlin had three hits and Sara Emerich recorded three RBI's in the win.

Emerich earned the win, too.

Coach Yoder's team is 8-6 overall.
