The Logan County Sheriff's Office responded to a rollover wreck on Route 68 about five miles north of Bellefontaine Friday afternoon.

Authorities report that a southbound Ford van driven by Shelly Chaney, 35, of Rushsylvania crashed shortly after two o'clock.

Chaney said she looked away from the road while putting out a cigarette. After that, her vehicle went off the right side of the road and overturned.

Chaney was transported to St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima by Lifeflight.

The accident remains under investigation.

Huntsville Fire and EMS assisted at the scene.
