The Bellefontaine High School boys and girls teams fared well at the Piqua Invitational despite being short-handed. Both teams placed in the top four.

Afterwards head coach Ben Davis said, "Many of our young girls stepped up to fill in.  Kaileigh Moon continues to improve at shot and our pole vault girls consistency garnered big points. Our boys set a school record in the 4x200 relay in which they set last year. Our coaching staff longs to get some continuity going so we can make our CBC title run in 2 weeks."
