| Three local men sent to prison |

Benjamin Wheatley, 44, of Russells Point was sentenced to twelve months in prison for endangering children.
Scott Boggs, 30, of Lakeview was sentenced to eight months in prison for misuse of credit cards. He was also ordered to pay restitution.
Douglas Hoffman, 40, of Bellefontaine was sentenced to ten months in prison for possession of drugs. Colby Harris, 18, of Bellefontaine was sentenced to six months in the West Central Community Correctional Facility, placed on community control for five years, ordered to pay a $500 fine, attorney fees, and court costs for obstructing justice.
Teresa Pierson, 44, of Russells Point was placed on community control for five years, ordered to complete fifty hours of community service, complete substance abuse counseling and ordered to pay restitution, attorney fees, and costs for possession of drugs.
James Deslandes, 44, of Bellefontaine was sentenced to sixty days in the Logan County Jail and placed on community control for two years for theft.
Earl Woods, 23, of DeGraff admitted to a community control violation and was sentenced to forty-five days in the Logan County Jail and extended on community control for five years. His original charge was trafficking in cocaine. Helen Seeger, 39, of Bellefontaine entered a no contest plea to forgery and theft. She was then placed on the prosecutor's pretrial diversion program. |
