The Logan County Sheriff's Office reports that a passenger suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle accident south of DeGraff last night.

Deputies responded to a crash on Township Road 295 near County Road 64 shortly before ten o'clock.

An eastbound Ford pickup driven by Gregory Beatty, 25, of DeGraff went off the left side of the road and hit a utility pole.

Ashley Beatty, 23, of DeGraff was transported to Mary Rutan Hospital by Riverside EMS.

Beatty and two other passengers were not injured.

Mr. Beatty was charged with failure to control.
