The West Liberty-Salem Jr. High girls placed second.

Team Scores:  1st Piqua 103, 2nd WLS 90.33, 3rd Sidney 75, 4th Urbana 53.5, 5th Springfield Shawnee 46, 6th Bellefontaine 45, 7th Miami East 43.5, 8th Benjamin Logan 33.33, 9th Northwestern 32, 10th Indian Lake 20, 12th Anna 6.33, 13th Greenville 4

Meghan Vogel paced the Lady Tigers with first place finishes in the 1600 and 800 meter runs. Melany Ward also contributed a first place finish in the 200 meter hurdles.

Janelle VanHorn added a second place finish in the high jump as did the 4x400 relay team of Alexis Smith, Addy Hartsel, VanHorn and Vogel.

The Lady Tigers are 37-1 on the season.

The WLS boys team placed 7th overall with only 8 points separating 3rd place through 7th place.

Boys Team Score:  1st Anna 87, 2nd Urbana 83.5, 3rd Bellefontaine 58, 4th Sidney 55, 5th Benjamin Logan 54, 6th Piqua 50.5, 7th WLS 50, 8th Miami East 34, 9th Shawnee 23, 10th Greenville 27, 11th Graham 24, 12th Indian Lake 23, 13th Northwestern 11

Zach Konkle led the Tigers with 3rd place finishes in the 110 and 200 meter hurdles. Ryan Meister added a third place finish in the 800.

The 4x100 relay team of Michael Yoder, Michael Mack, Greg White and Konkle placed second.

The Benjamin Logan boys team placed 5th.

Placing first for the team were Quint Terry in the 400 with a time of 57.56 and the 4 x 400 team of Quint Terry, Caleb Titus, Dustin Bowers, and Eric Olson with a time of 3:59.43.

Placing 2nd for the team were Caleb Titus in the 200 hurdles with a time of 27.96.

Placing 3rd for the team was Dylan McGarry in the high jump at 5ft 2in.

Placing 4th for the team were Bryan Newland in the pole vault at 8ft 6in and Eric Olsen in the high jump with 5ft.

Placing 5th were Dylan McGarry in the pole vault with 7ft 6in and Caleb Titus in the 100 meter dash with at time of 13.01.

Placing 6th were Quint Terry in the long jump with 15ft 9in and Eric Olsen in the 110 meter hurdles with a time of 18.77.
