Misty Clark, 29, of Cairo was sentenced to fifteen months in the Ohio Reformatory for Women for the charge of burglary. James Beckman, 29, of Bellefontaine was sentenced to ten months in prison for each of three counts of breaking and entering to be served concurrently. Victoria Hall, 37, of Forest previously pled guilty to non-support of dependents and was sentenced to five years community control, ordered to seek employment and pay restitution, costs and attorney fees. Daryl Hawkins, 24, of Lakeview was sentenced to ten months in prison for a probation violation. His original charge was breaking and entering. Alyssa Holmes, 20, of Bellefontaine was continued on five years community control for a violation. She was also ordered to complete family treatment court. Her original charge was theft. Martha Fields, 30, of Columbus pled guiltly to one count of trafficking in drugs. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for June 16th. The Logan County Grand Jury indicted several local residents on Tuesday.Francis Conte, 37, Bellefontaine-Aggravated Robbery (F1), Gun Specification. This stems from the armed robbery at Mad River Shell in January. Sherescia Powell, 24, Bellefontaine-Attempted Aggravated Arson (F2), Attempted Aggravated Arson (F3), Resisting Arrest (M2). Robert Board, 45, Bellefontaine-Felonious Assault (F2), Assault (M1). Tracy Fulkerson, 40, Bellefontaine- Trafficking in Cocaine, Permitting Drug Abuse. Omar Sharrieff, 30, Bellefontaine-Trafficking in Drugs (F5), Possession of Drugs (F2). Deborah Gorham, 57, Bellefontaine-Permitting Drug Abuse (F5). Donald Dearwester, 45, Bellefontaine-Possession of Drugs (F5). Christian Montgomery, 37, Lima-3 counts of Harassment of Bodily Substances (F5). Joseph Brenner, 43, Bellefontaine-Domestic Violence (F4). Richard McWilliams, 25, Bellefontaine-Receiving Stolen Property (F5), 3 counts of Forgery (F5). Lillian McWilliams, 26, Bellefontaine-3 counts of Forgery (F5). Josh Claybaugh, 22, Urbana-Receiving Stolen Property (F5), 4 counts of Forgery (F5). Myles Schaeffer, 20, Lakeview-Assault (M1), Theft (M1). |
