Natalie Rhyan, 39, and Brooks Rhyan, 16, were each charged with possession of drugs shortly before one o'clock. Officers found about $600 worth of heroin inside Rhyan's 605 West Columbus Avenue residence. She was lodged in the Logan County Jail and Brooks Rhyan was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center. |
