Zanesfield rolls in Little League, pair of Huntsville T-Ball teams post wins Print E-mail

Finals included:

LITTLE LEAGUE:

Zanesfield ran past Bellefontaine #6 Thompson Electric 15-3.

For Zanesfield, Kyler Young, Todd Coleman, and David Nease combined for seven strikeouts.

Tristen Harshfield led the offense with two doubles.

Jordan Scales and Braden Wall recorded two hits apiece.

Jacob Kuhn, Robbie Elyet, Young, and Nease added doubles.

For Thompson Electric, pitchers Daniel Boy and Nick Ruble teamed up for four strikeouts.

Taron Rogan was 1-1.

T-BALL:

Huntsville #4 Sunderhaus Insurance defeated DeGraff #2 23-17.

For Sunderhaus Insurance, Chris Murphy had a double, a triple, and five RBI's.

Austin Parker belted a home run and Kyle Levan tripled.

For DeGraff #2, Sierra Snow, Leah Kelsey, and Ashley Russell doubled.

Huntsville #2 Fire/EMS edged Washington #1 18-17.

Travis Coleman, Dustin Franks, and Cole Overbey led the winners with three hits apiece.

For Washington #1, Logan Evans, Ethan Cummins, and Nate Cummins hit well.

Ridgemont #2 handled East Liberty #2 21-6 in three innings.

For Ridgemont #2, Hunter Larue had a two-run home run.

Mackenzie Deardorff blasted a home run.

Kaylin Hildreth scored three runs and Carson James shined on defense.

COACH PITCH:

Ridgemont cruised past East Liberty #2 20-3 in three innings.

For Ridgemont, Hayden Hildreth had a home run.

Cole McKinley had five RBI's.

Zach Myers added three RBI's.

Jonathon Eckstein pitched well in relief.
