The Bellefontaine Police Department picked up Keaton Howard, 14, in the CVS Parking Lot around eight-thirty. He was arrested on a warrant out of Hardin County.

Howard reportedly stole a 2003 Honda Accord early yesterday.

Police report that the vehicle suffered damage to the driver's side and front end. Howard did the damage while leaving home.

Authorities located him after receiving a call from his girlfriend's dad.

Howard was lodged in the Juvenile Detention Center.
