Dusty Penrose
The Bellefontaine Police Department arrested a Lakeview man for reportedly starting a fire at a vacant house near downtown early Sunday. Dusty Penrose, 22, was charged with arson after a fire was reported at 308 Watson Way (near Park Street) around two-thirty a.m. Officers were able to quickly contain the fire and the damage was minimal. The home was being remodeled. Penrose was lodged in the Logan County Jail. The Bellefontaine Fire Department assisted in the investigation. |
