Rodenberger powers BL Acme, Powerbuilt wins again Print E-mail

Benjamin Logan blanked Dayton Stebbins 5-0.

Blake Rodenberger pitched a complete game four-hit shutout and struck out five.

Rodenberger led the offense with two hits.

Trent Kuhn, Michael Cox, and Jacob Barns added hits.

The Raiders will visit Northwestern tonight.

Bellefontaine Powerbuilt edged the Miami Valley Elite 7-6 at Blue Jacket Park.

Powerbuilt is now 6-0.

T.J. Garman was three for three.

Jace Mills had a pair of doubles and Josh Kauffman added a double.

Brandt Fields had a two-run single.

Garman and Colt Scherer handled the pitching duties, with Scherer picking up the win in relief.

The Chiefs will play at Indian Lake tonight. Game time is six o'clock. 

The Bellefontaine Junior Acme team lost 14-4 at Vandalia-Butler.

Wayce Varian smacked a couple of hits.

Luke Heath and Garrett Pickering each had a hit.

Varian and Michael Stockton pitched for the Chiefs.

Bellefontaine hurt themselves with eight walks and five errors. 

Bellefontaine will open its home season Wednesday night vs. Triad at Blue Jacket Park. First pitch is six o'clock.
