Powerbuilt winning streak continues; Little League and softball scores Print E-mail

Bellefontaine tallied 14 hits, including six doubles.

Brock Mitchell hit two of those doubles and had another hit.

T.J. Garman went 3-for-5 with a double.

Zach Mosbarger had two hits, including a double.

Josh Kauffman also added a pair of hits.

Adam Skelly and Mark Duffy also doubled.

Kauffman picked up the win on the mound.

GIRLS 12U SOFTBALL

West Liberty #2 (Big Orange Shoe Shop) beat Zanesfield #2 7-5.

Autumn Klinger struck out 12 and picked up the win on the mound.

Kylee Gilroy scored three runs.

Katie LeMint, Lindsey Hostetler, Autumn Klinger and Hayden Erwin each added runs.

LITTLE LEAGUE

Washington SS Powerwash beat Bellefontaine #3 5-3.

Reyse Wallbrown, Kurt Crockett and Ivan Reichert combined for the win.

At the plate, Reichert had a home run.

Kyle Roby and Kurt Crockett each had a pair of hits.

Jarrod Houchin and Rian Lopez pitched for Bellefontaine.

Brayden LeVan, Andrew Mitchell and Houchin all had two hits.

Kade Runion went 2-for-3 with a double.

Bellefontaine #1 (Lion's Club) defeated Bellefontaine #5 (Exchange Club).

Colt Wreede and Jordan Baughman combined for 10 strikeouts. Wreede was credited with the win.

Collen Pulfer belted a three-run home run.

Jordan Baughman went 2-for-2 and Devin Legge added a key hit.

Camden Henry and Tyler Shamblin combined for 10 strikeouts for Exchange Club.

A.J. Gorham smacked a home run.

Tyler Shamblin and Camden Henry each added doubles.

Huntsville #1 (CJ Engineering) beat Belle Center 11-6.

For Huntsville, Brennon Lump singled and doubled for two RBIs.

Cole Wurster had two hits.

Heath Lange, Alex Bozman, Zach Allison and Daniel Fry each had hits.

Brennon Lump and Simon Kirkpatrick combined for 13 strikeouts.

Alic Bickham led Belle Center's offense with two hits and a three-run homer.

Trent Kramer had two hits and scored twice.

Marcus Rhoades, Parker Codora and Bickham combined for eight strikeouts.

Bellefontaine #6 (Thompson Electric) edged Ridgemont 12-11.

Storm Harman and Gauge Hayman each had 2 RBIs for the winners.

For Ridgemont, Tylor Reisinger had two triples and three RBIs.
