The team is made up of 18 girls who advanced out of the Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton districts. The squad trains each week in Clarksville, Ohio. In July, the Ohio team will join 13 other state teams in DeKalb, Illinois to take part in the Region 2 Olympic Development training camp. Each player will be trying to earn a spot on the regional team. Regan will be an eighth-grader at Bellefontaine Middle School and is a member of the Elite FC soccer club in Marysville and the Bellefontaine Renegades indoor soccer team. |
