The Logan County Grand Jury convened Tuesday and indicted a Bellefontaine mom for the death of her 19-month-old son.

Sarah Brandyberry, 25, was indicted on third-degree felony counts of involuntary manslaughter and endangering children.

Blake Anderson drowned in a bathtub at 701 West Sandusky Avenue last July 11th.

Brandyberry found her son in the tub and then sought help at 629 West Sandusky Avenue.

Sarah has a four-year-old son and a three-year-old daughter.

Linda Roark, 55, Bellefontaine, Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs (F2).

Kimberly Smith, 32, Whitehall - Four counts of Possession of Drugs (F3), (F5), and (Two M3).

Kenneth Smith, 50, Whitehall - Possession of Drugs (F3).

Sara Merriman, 31, Urbana - Possession of Cocaine (F5).

Devonne Petaway, 33, Logan County Jail - Possession of Drugs (F5).

Donovan Boddie, 22, Bellefontaine - Possession of Drugs (F5).

Donte Boddie, 26, Bellefontaine - Possession of Drugs (F5).

Charles E. Anderson, 35, Lakeview - Failure to Provide Change of Address (F3).

Jeffrey Purtee, 20, DeGraff - Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle (F4) and Having Weapons while under Disability (F3).

Sarah Folden-Cook, 61, Satsuma, Florida - Three counts of Forgery (F5). 

Bethanne Elliott, 21, At-Large - Two counts of Forgery (F5).

Danielle Leming, 23, London - Two counts of Forgery (F5).

Justin Wilt, 24, London - Forgery (F5).

Justin Hansford, 18, Bellefontaine - Misuse of a Credit Card (F5).
