Troopers report that Kenneth Dallaire, 59, of Beavercreek lost control while attempting to land his Piper Warrior II just before one o'clock. The plane went off the left side of the runway and struck a sign, which damaged the plane's left wing. Authorities from the Federal Aviation Administration responded, too. |
