Logan County Fair 4-H project winners announced Print E-mail

Many 4-H members, who entered projects including writing, electricity, photography and creative arts, have already received blue ribbons for their efforts and contributions to this year's fair.

Animal weigh-in also took place Monday night to prepare for the week's upcoming livestock shows. (Photos and audio interview included.)

Some of this year's winners are listed below.

In other fair news, animal weigh-in took place at various livestock barns.

The animal weigh-in helps determine weight classes for the livestock shows and auctions and to make sure that no animals were under finished or over finished in their weight gain goals.

Pictured below are Rita Winners first-prize hog, hurdles and a winning Veterinary Science project.
