Deputies and detectives served a search warrant at 111 Walnut Street shorlty after one a.m. and charged Jackie Caudill, 23, with a felony count of possession of drugs. Authorities seized 27 capsules of heroin, miscellaneous prescription drugs, and cash. The sheriff's office began an investigation into activities at Caudill's residence after hearing concerns during a recent Quincy Village Council meeting. Caudill was lodged in the Logan County Jail. |
