Saturday racing featured Parker Smith taking 1st place in Junior Honda, Gage Walker holding onto 1st place in both Senior Honda & Light 160, Lauren Longbrake for Heavy Honda & Adam Wilsdon for Heavy 160. Tyler Shullick set a new track record in Light 160 during qualifying. For Sunday features, Thomas Beane captured the 1st place trophy for the Bob Nock feature Heavy AA race, followed by Adam Holbein, Jacob Huston and Nigel Mathias who managed to avoid the wrecks that left 6 other cars out of the 40 lap event. Sunday also saw six new track records set during qualifying in Junior Stock by Eastern Grands Champion Cayden Lapcevich, Senior Stock by Quinnton Bear, Light Mod by Ty Fiser, Light B by Frankie Nervo, Heavy B by Katlyn Stanely and World Formula by Erik Jones. Cayden Lapcevich won the Jr. Stock A main event, with DeGraff resident Jeffrey Wren finishing 4th. Quinnton Bear captured 1st place in Senior Stock, with Bellefontaine resident Daniel McPherson finishing 5th. Light B and Light A were won by Tyler Shullick, Heavy B by Katlyn Stanley, Light Mod by Cayden Lapcevich, World Formula by Thomas Beane and Half by Dean Creech. Racing action continues this coming weekend. A Mac-O-Chee weekly event begins at 4:00 pm on Saturday and the first of two Mid-Ohio Series begins at 12:00 on Sunday.
