Bellefontaine man sent to prison Print E-mail

Earlier this week, four defendants were sentenced and three defendants pled guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor.

Tyrone Coleman, 30, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to six months in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections on a felony charge of non-support of dependents.

Thomas Knisely, 61, of Windham, was sentenced to ten months in prison on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jason Roach, 30, of Lakeview, was sentenced to ninety days in jail and a $500 fine on a misdemeanor charge of assault.

Raymond Spires, 43, of Lakeview, was continued on community control after admitting a violation of the terms and conditions of probation.

Franklin Bailey, 48, of Russells Point, pled guilty to one count of non-support of dependents and David Young, 28, pled guilty to failure to change his address as a registered sex offender. Presentence investigations were ordered and both of them will be sentenced on August 11th.

Paul Lenhart, Jr., 24, of McGuffey pled guilty to one count of theft and was placed on the prosecutor's pretrial diversion program.
