Long-type sheep showmen Mark and Rebecca Wallen took home Grand and Reserve Champion titles at the Born & Raised Sheep Show Thursday at the Logan County Fair.

Although the pair triumphed in the Born & Raised Sheep Show, Mark says they're not done yet and still have a lot of work ahead. (Photos and audio interview included.)

Mark, who took Grand Champion with his animal, is a 15-year-old from St. Paris. Mark has been showing for roughly six years and says he is looking forward to going to the Ohio State Fair, followed by national fairs in Louisville, KY and Denver, CO.

Listen to Mark describe winning Grand Champion and sharing the honor with his sister.

17-year-old Rebecca Wallen has been showing at the fair since she was 9 and was pleased to take Reserve Champion in Thursday's show. Rebecca also resides in St. Paris.

The Born & Raised Sheep Show was the second big win for the Wallen siblings. Earlier Thursday Rebecca Wallen took Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb while her brother Mark won Reserve Grand Champion Pen of Two in the Market Lamb competition.

Pictured below are Mark (left) and Rebecca (right) individually with their animals.
