Frank Huish

The Logan County Sheriff's Office charged Frank Huish, 33, of 156 Sidney Street, with three counts of rape.

Detectives say that he sexually abused an 11-year-old girl over the last year.

Huish was lodged in the Logan County Jail last night.

Logan County Children's Services assisted in the investigation.

In October 2006, Huish was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to burglary.

He was granted judicial release in May 2007 and placed on probation for five years.
