Bellefontaine man sent to prison, five others plea Print E-mail

Earlier this week, two defendants were sentenced and five defendants pled guilty before Logan County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark O'Connor.

Austin Herron, 19, of Bellefontaine, was sentenced to six months in West Central Community Correctional Facility, placed on community control for five years, and ordered to pay a $500 fine, attorney fees, and court costs for burglary.

Denise Robinson, 45, of Quincy, was continued on community control and ordered to complete intensive outpatient counseling at Consolidated Care for violating her community control.

Lindsey Yoakem, 18, of Springfield, pled guilty to forgery, Ricky Anderson, 20, of Lima, pled guilty to receiving stolen property, and David Hempker, 22, of Cridersville, pled guilty to burglary. Presentence investigations were ordered and all three of them will be sentenced on August 18th.

Kathy Bynum, 46, of Sidney, pled guilty to complicity to grand theft. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is set for August 25th.

Jack Coyer, 45, of Lakeview pled guilty to theft. A presentence investigation was ordered and sentencing is scheduled for September 8th.
