The Huntsville #2 (AcuSport) Farm Team placed second over the weekend in the 10 and under division of the Covington Tournament.

The local team went 3-2.

In their first game, Huntsville outscored the Med Lake All Stars 18-10.

Dylan Albright and Tyler Reprogle combined for the win, striking out twelve.

Huntsville then fell to the Russia All Stars 12-7.

In their third game, Huntsville handled the Miami East All Stars 16-4 in four innings.

Alex Jacobs, Caleb Smelcer, and Tyler Huffer combined to throw a one-hitter and struck out eight.

Huntsville then defeated the Greenville All Stars 5-2.

Dylan Albright, Caleb Smelcer, and Tyler Reprogle teamed up to fire a one-hitter and recorded nine strikeouts.

In the championship game, the Russia All Stars beat Huntsville 11-0.

Huntsville #2 is 27-5 on the season. They won the Logan County Farm League Tournament in late June on WBLL.
