| Local man arrested on multiple sex counts |

The Logan County Sheriff's Office charged Christopher G. Kindle, 38, of 11153 State Route 366, with ten counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.
Each charge is a third-degree felony.
The victim is a 15-year-old girl from Lakeview. Detectives were notified by the girl's mother late Monday and then made the arrest a few hours later.
Kindle was lodged in the Logan County Jail. He is also charged with a probation violation in Shelby County for failure to pay child support, which is a fifth-degree felony. |
