The BOSS Summer Run, sponsored by the Big Orange Shoe Shop and Reliant Mechanical, Inc., took place on Saturday, with a total of 175 runners participating.

The race was the fundraiser for the West Liberty-Salem cross country program. 

In the 10K race, Earl Zilles was the overall top finisher for the men, while Vanessa Wilkins crossed the finish line first for the women.

Zach Hawke and Meghan Vogel were the top finishers in the separate 2.4 mile race for the men and women, respectively.
