Ohio Hi-Point welcomes new staff Print E-mail

ohp_new_staff_8-19-08.jpgThe Ohio Hi-Point Career Center recently welcomed 20 new staff members for the 2008-2009 school year.

The new instructors were introduced and recognized at a district in-service this week prior to the start of the new school year.

Some of the new staff is pictured on the left.

New staff members to OHP include: Charles Bertschman (Intervention Satellite), Sheila Clarkson (Project SEARCH aide), Stacy Colwell (early-childhood ed. aide), Deborah Cox (Career-based Intervention Satellite), Jeffrey Cross (Career-based Intervention Satellite), Mark Curtner (Adult Ed. Technology), and Laura Donnelly (Health Technology).

Also new to Ohio Hi-Point this year is: Tina Folk (Cook), Breanna Gamble (Adult Ed. receptionist), Ryan Gilbert (Language Arts), Darlene Grant (Adult Ed. Practical Nursing), Don Jaunzemis (Buisness Operations), Beth Kennaw (Administrative Assistant), Sharon Maurice (Supply Chain Mgmt. Instructor), Rene Mejia (Spanish), Ryan Mulholland (HS student aide), Rodney Peterson (Auto Tech.), Kristin Scott (Social Studies), Glenn Smith (Instructional Supervisor), and Brittany Whitt (Career-based Intervention).

Ohio Hi-Point Career Center kicks-off the school year on Wednesday, August 20th with only new students, who will once again take part in the innovative WOW! Factor activities to welcome them to OHP. All students will be in the main campus in Bellefontaine on Thursday, August 21st.
