Local bowler Chris Thompson turned in a record-breaking performance at T.P. Lanes last night.

Thompson rolled an incredible 877 series, which smashed the house record by 40 pins.

He started the night by rolling a perfect game (300).

Thompson then rolled a 299.

In the third game, he recorded a 278.

Thompson, who runs the T.P. Lanes Pro Shop, had 33 strikes and 1 spare on his memorable night.

He is also the Indian Lake High School bowling coach.

Monday was the opening night of the T.P. Major League Season.
