The Logan County Solid Waste Management District and the Logan County Commissioners are sponsoring this day to properly dispose of wastes.

Officials say simply come to the Logan County Fairgrounds between 9 am and 3 pm Saturday entering from Harding Street by the High School. Safety personnel will guide you through the grounds to deliver the waste.  

They advise to keep materials in their original containers with original labels if possible.

Items accepted include batteries, garden products, cleaning products, poisons, health care products and many others.

Do not bring explosive material, used automotive oil, paints of any kind or tires.
