Community Spotlight Grant  WPKO/WBLL/Peakofohio.com 2012 Community Spotlight Grant Rules 1. The Community Spotlight Grant Program is open to all persons and non-profit organizations with the exception of full or part-time employees of V-Teck Communications, Inc. & all sponsoring partners and their immediate family. V-Teck Communications, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any grant recipient if contest rules are not followed. 2. All applications must be received no later than 5:00 pm, January 31st, 2012. 3. All applications must be filled out in its entirety or it will be disqualified. 4. V-Teck Communications, Inc. and participating partner(s) are not responsible for any issues including but not limited to lost applications, lost emails, etc. 5. The twelve (12) Community Spotlight Grant recipients will be selected by a board comprised of representatives of V-Teck Communications, Inc. and participating partner(s). 6. All recipients broadcast copy must meet final approval by said board (see rule 5) before airing. 7. V-Teck Communications, Inc. and participating partner(s) reserve the right to revoke any Community Spotlight Grants at anytime. 8. Taxes, registrations, permits, and license fees are the sole responsibility of the Community Spotlight Grant recipient. 9. V-Teck Communications, Inc. and participating sponsor(s) accept no responsibility for accidents or injuries incurred from use or misuse of Community Spotlight Grants. 10. V-Teck Communications, Inc. retains the right to amend these rules at any time with or without notice. All decisions by V-Teck Communications, Inc. are final. 11. The Community Spotlight Grant Program may not be used for political advertising. This includes electing officials, passing levies and voting on issues.
