DESCRIPTION:Band to Sponsor 3rd Annual Alumni Band PerformanceOn September 28th, the Indian Lake High School Marching Laker Bandwill once again take the field with former members of theorganization.  Graduates are invited to perform and be recognized inthe band’s pregame show and then help cheer the team to victory in theband stands.Registration on the 28th will begin at 4:30, followed by acomplimentary meal provided by the Music Boosters.  There will then bea short rehearsal with current band members, and then both groups willmarch to Laker Stadium for the game.Last year’s alumni band drew approximately 25 participants, and theLakers are hoping for even more interest this year.  Not only doesthis give former band members the opportunity to once again be a partof the Marching Laker Band, but also allows current band members toconnect with some of the individuals that were instrumental in theband’s history.Anyone interested in participating should contact band director JasonFauley at fauleyj@ils-k12.org or 686-8851.
