Volunteers needed for Discovery Riders, Inc., a local therapeutic horse back riding program, which works with children and adults who are physically, socially, or cognitively challenged.  Volunteer activities include working under the direction of certified PATH instructor to lead the horse, side-walk to promote the safety of the rider and prepare the horses and equipment for class.  Must be 14 years or older. Horse experience is not necessary.
 
If interested, register by contacting Amy at 937-935-6545 or email driders@bright.net and attend their next volunteer orientation on Saturday, November 17th 1pm-4pm.  The orientation will take place in the stable at their facility located at 5850 St. Rt. 292, Zanesfield, OH 43360, 1.5 miles east of the Madriver Mountain exit along St. Rt. 33.  Dress for the weather.
