DESCRIPTION:Indian Lake Middle School Cross Country practice begins on Monday, August 6th from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at ILMS. Any 7th or 8th grade boy or girl interested in running cross country this fall should report to the shop garage door at ILMS at 8:00 a.m. on August 6th. Athletes should wear shorts, t-shirts, socks, and running shoes. They need to bring a filled water bottle. All athletes must have had a sports physical and have a completed emergency medical form and athletic code completed prior to their first practice. Practice will be Monday thru Friday from 8 to 9:30 a.m. at ILMS.
