Band to Sponsor 3rd Annual Alumni Band Performance

On September 28th, the Indian Lake High School Marching Laker Band
will once again take the field with former members of the
organization.  Graduates are invited to perform and be recognized in
the band’s pregame show and then help cheer the team to victory in the
band stands.

Registration on the 28th will begin at 4:30, followed by a
complimentary meal provided by the Music Boosters.  There will then be
a short rehearsal with current band members, and then both groups will
march to Laker Stadium for the game.

Last year’s alumni band drew approximately 25 participants, and the
Lakers are hoping for even more interest this year.  Not only does
this give former band members the opportunity to once again be a part
of the Marching Laker Band, but also allows current band members to
connect with some of the individuals that were instrumental in the
band’s history.
