The "Top of Ohio" Mended Hearts chapter will meet at Logan Acres Care Center, 2739 CR 91, Bellefontaine at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22nd. Please note the change of location. Jill Swartz, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) and Director of Logan Acres Outpatient Physical Therapy Department will conduct a tour of the physical therapy area and present a program about the outpatient physical therapy services available there. Light refreshments will be served.

All meetings are open to the general public and guests are always welcome. Mended Hearts is a non-profit support organization for those who have any type of heart disease.
