Tri–County Community Action Commission proudly announces the GRAND OPENING of a new Senior Nutrition Site, the Patterson Avenue Café! Please join us for lunch, fellowship & activities starting April 3, 2012 on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Location: 125 E. Patterson Avenue, Bellefontaine, OH 43311
Time: Lunch is served from 11:30-12:00pm on Tuesdays & Wednesdays, starting this week!
Suggested Contribution: $2.00 per meal
Eligibility: For seniors 60 or older or the spouse of a registered senior who meets the age requirement.
Door prizes will be offered during our Grand Opening Week on April 3rd & 4th, 2012! Please come celebrate with us and enjoy our food & fellowship.
