Physicals for Indian Lake Students

Physicals for Indian Lake students currently in grades 6 through 11 interested in participating in athletics next year will be on Thursday, May 17, 2012. Middle school will begin at 12:00 and the high school will begin at 2:30. Cost is $5.00 per person (checks should be made payable to Indian Lake Athletic Department). Physical forms are available in the high school and middle school offices. Forms must be completed and signed by the parent/guardian and student before the physical will be given.
