Ben Logan Spring Physicals

The Benjamin Logan Athletic Boosters are offering the annual Spring Physical Examinations for all athletes looking to participate in athletics for the upcoming year. All athletes entering grades 7-12 must have a physical on file with the athletic department and this one day process takes care of your athlete for the entire 2012-13 school year. The physicals will be conducted by local doctors at the High School on Wednesday, May 23 beginning at 3:00pm immediately following the school day. The cost of the physicals is $12 and all proceeds go to the Benjamin Logan Athletic Boosters which returns back to the student-athletes. To schedule an appointment, call boosters member Kim Bycynski at 937-355-0620 and if there is no answer please leave a message. Also, please pick up an updated Physical Examination form in either the High School or Middle School Office as it must be filled out by a parent or guardian prior to the physical. Get your athletic physical now and you will be covered for the upcoming school year.
