Sports Physicals BHS & BMS

Sports physicals are being offered at Bellefontaine High School on Tuesday, May 21st, and at Bellefontaine Middle School on Wednesday, May 22nd, after school. If your child plans on participating in a sport, they will need to have one completed before they can participate. The cost is $10, and if paying by check, please make the check payable to "BHS" or "BMS", with "physical" in the memo line.
